These terms apply to purchases of the Relational Service Self-Assessment.

Humanity Solutions is the contracting party and issues all invoices.
Product
The Relational Service Self-Assessment is a digital download (PDF). Prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT.
Delivery
The download link is sent by email and shown on the confirmation page immediately after successful payment, at the latest within 24 hours.
How to order
Until online checkout is available, you order the toolkit by invoice through the contact form on the home page. To place an order you must tick a separate, unticked-by-default box: “I agree to immediate delivery of the digital toolkit and understand I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered.” The form cannot be sent as an order without it. Your order message records this consent (consent=yes) and the date and time you gave it. We then email you the download and a VAT invoice.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you order, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the download and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered. We confirm your order, this consent and this acknowledgement by email (durable medium) when we deliver.
Refunds
If the file is faulty or cannot be downloaded and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full. Email connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net within 14 days of purchase.
Invoices
Invoices state: Humanity Solutions, KvK 71110178, VAT number NL002466080B20, Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague; invoice number and date; buyer name and address (and VAT number for EU business reverse charge); description; amount excl. VAT, 21% VAT and the total.
Licence
You may use and copy the toolkit within your own organisation. Resale or public redistribution is not permitted.
Liability
The toolkit is a reflection aid and not professional, legal or policy advice. Liability is limited to the amount paid, except in case of intent or gross negligence.
Law
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
