What we process and why
Free Relational Service Check: runs in your browser; nothing is sent or stored.
Contact form and email to us: your name (optional), email address and message, to handle and reply to your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps at your request). There is no newsletter sign-up.
Purchase of the Self-Assessment: name, email, billing and order data, to deliver the download and invoice (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep tax records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
Contact forms
When you send a form on this site, Humanity Solutions (KvK 71110178, Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague) is the sole controller of your data. We use your name, email, message and any form answers to handle and reply to your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Submissions are processed in the Google Workspace account used by Humanity Solutions (trade name Foresight Transitions). Google is our processor; transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Humanity Solutions runs several brands and websites. Your submission may be shared across Humanity Solutions brands where needed to handle your request. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
We delete submissions 12 months after our last contact with you (automatic monthly clean-up).
Retention
- Inquiries (contact form and email, including the central intake): 12 months after last contact, or earlier on request.
- Order and invoice records: 7 years (Dutch tax law).
- Other order data: 2 years after purchase.
- Hostinger keeps technical server logs (IP, user agent, request time) for a limited period set by Hostinger.
Processors
Hostinger (hosting and download delivery); Google (Google Workspace, processor under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) for email at humanitysolutions.net and for the central intake form; payment provider to be confirmed. We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and load no third-party resources. The contact form contacts Google only when you press Send.
Transfers outside the EU
Where a processor is outside the EU/EEA (e.g. Google LLC), transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) or standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Payment provider: to be confirmed.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent, via connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
